The Wellbeing Framework:
A Practical Route to Healthier, High-Performing Schools
In order to build schools where staff thrive and pupils succeed, leaders need clarity on what strengthens wellbeing and performance. The Wellbeing Framework provides a clear, evidence-based route to do just that — helping leaders focus on what works, embed healthy practices, and create the conditions for sustainable success. Grounded in organisational psychology and aligned with the HSE Management Standards, this workshop gives leaders a practical way to strengthen culture and protect staff wellbeing at every level.

The Impact:

How It Works:
This interactive 2.5-hour session is designed for up to 12 leaders and can be delivered either face-to-face or online. Priced at £250 per group, it guides leaders through a structured process to diagnose stress drivers, focus staff voice, and co-create practical solutions. The outcome is a shared responsibility for wellbeing that strengthens trust, resilience, and culture — creating the conditions for pupils to thrive.

“Karen took the time to really listen. Staff felt empowered, listened to, and safe to speak openly. This created trust and stronger connections between staff and SLT.” – Senior Leader
