Our Train-Your-Team programme gives senior leaders, wellbeing leads, and HR teams the tools, confidence, and insight to lead proactive, legally compliant stress risk assessments in line with HSE guidance. This hands-on training supports schools to embed wellbeing into everyday leadership and use findings to drive meaningful improvements in staff wellbeing and development.

  • Understand the legal duties and evidence base for stress risk assessments in schools (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974; Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999)

  • Conduct internal audits using tailored staff wellbeing data. This includes surveys, focus groups, and absence patterns

  • Develop and implement stress action plans that support staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention.

  • Embed stress risk assessments into a wider cycle of organisational development and continuous improvement.
