Our Leadership 360 Review & Reflection for schools uses the HSE’s MCPARS framework to help leaders

understand how their behaviours impact staff wellbeing, team climate, and organisational culture.

Using 360° feedback and structured, psychologically informed reflection, this process offers a

safe, non-judgemental space for leaders to build self-awareness and enhance their stress-
reducing leadership behaviours.
